Any moto head knows that it’s the mechanics who play a massive role in motorsports. They are the unsung heroes, ensuring the magnificent moto machines are perfectly tuned and prepared for each individual circuit. And while they keep their team’s bikes race ready week in and week out, they’re also coming up with new ideas and innovations – always pushing the envelope and driving the sport into the future.
We want to celebrate them and the innovation behind MotoGP™. Why? Because they, like us at DHL, are an essential, behind-the-scenes team. That’s what the Team Behind the Machine contest is all about.
Do you have what it takes?
Now that the 2020 MotoGP™ season is finally underway again, we’re showcasing the tactical and technical considerations required for both the motorcycles and their riders to reach their maximum potential at each MotoGP circuit. And we’re doing that by delving deeper into the complexities of bike setups and racetrack characteristics and further investigating how the greatest racing teams in the world work behind the scenes to create a competitive bike.
“Do you have the knowledge of a MotoGP™ mechanic?”
