Now that you’ve double checked your cruise dates for next March, be one of the first to have a look at the circuit layout of the inaugural Formula E Grand Prix in Beijing on September 13. Set on the grounds of the city’s Olympic village, the site of the 2008 Olympic Games, the track will circle China’s iconic Olympic Stadium – commonly known as the Bird’s Nest – as well as the head-turning Beijing National Aquatics Center – better known as the Water Cube. The 3.44-km temporary circuit designed by Rodrigo Nunes will feature 20 turns – a challenging track that will require lots of traction and braking stability.
