Meet our 2023 Winner
Amit's Trophy
In 2023 we launched the DHL Fastest Pit Stop Trophy Design Competition, the ultimate design-based challenge.
We invited fans from across the globe to design their own digital version of the DHL Fastest Pit Stop Trophy, submitting their final designs via InMotion or social media.
Our winner, Amit Mithkar, designed a trophy that incorporated innovation, technology, and sustainability, as he converted a soundwave of the phrase ‘Box Box’ from an F1® Pit Stop, into the shape of a trophy. We loved the creativity behind this concept.
Amit’s design was transformed into a physical trophy, made from sustainable materials, and presented to Oracle Red Bull Racing at the 2023 F1® season finale in Abu Dhabi. The winning prize also included an exclusive 3-day prize experience for himself and a guest.

DHL is a global sponsor of Formula 1 and Official Logistics Partner since 2004. As part of the long-standing partnership, DHL owns the DHL Fastest Pit Stop Award – with a trophy presented to the winning team at the F1 season finale in Abu Dhabi every year.
What is the DHL Fastest Pit Stop Award?
- A recognised award which is given to the team that completes the fastest pit stop across the whole Formula 1 season.
- The DHL Fastest Pit Stop Award was established in 2015 to recognize outstanding teamwork and performance from the unsung heroes who make a vital contribution to the drivers’ success on the track.
