Talking Global E-Tailing 2025 at London Fashion Week
A recently released white paper that explores what the retail and consumer market will look like in 2025 will be the focus of a leadership thought panel at London Fashion Week on September 16. Featuring local designers alongside experts from DHL and IMG Fashion, the panel will look at the changes electronic shopping will continue to bring – and what those changes mean for businesses just getting off the ground.
One exploratory scenario in the report considers the key future trend of consumers' desire for customization and personalization as driving global retailers. Just how designers and fashion brands will have to adapt and how C&P will complement international multi-channel growth is what the experts will talk about at the close of London Fashion Week, September 16, 2014 from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. GMT.
The panel complements the launch of the H by Hakaan Yildrim brand, as the winner of the DHL Exported program for London holds his runway show shortly afterward. Chosen from more than 150 applicants, the Turkish-born Yildrim was one of four winners of the DHL Exported program aimed at helping local designers as they branch out globally.
Even if you aren't in London, you can follow both the H by Hakaan show and the experts' conversation on our social media channels Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and You Tube or by searching #DHLFW and #DHLExported.
