Race behind the race
After a four-week break, Formula 1 returns for the highly anticipated season finale. Max Verstappen, Lando Norris and Co. face off in two triple headers that will decide whether the Red Bull driver will claim his fourth World Championship title or the McLaren driver will be crowned champion for the first time.
The United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas launches the exciting final part of the season. It is one of a total of three races in the United States, which also includes Miami and Las Vegas. Unlike the two city circuits, Austin, Texas has been on the calendar since 2012 and has now established itself as an absolute fixture.
Whoever wins in Austin won't have too much time to celebrate, as the next race is in Mexico the weekend after the U.S. GP, which is immediately followed by the Brazilian GP. After a week off, the final triple-header of the season awaits with races in Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
