Race behind the race

Following the Singapore Grand Prix, Formula 1 will cross the Pacific for the United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin. The 5.513-kilometer circuit will host the 18th round of the season, consisting of 56 laps and covering a total distance of 308.405 kilometers.

Austin marks the beginning of an intense triple-header in the Americas. Just one week later, Formula 1 will head to Mexico City, then continue directly to São Paulo. After a brief respite, the season concludes with a tripleheader in Las Vegas, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi.

Logistics are particularly demanding during this stage of the season. DHL coordinates a multimodal network of road, air, and sea freight to transport up to 1,200 tons of cars, equipment, broadcast technology, and hospitality infrastructure for each race. At the same time, DHL continues to support Formula 1’s commitment to achieving net zero by 2030.
