Race between the race
Following the season’s first of three races in the United States, Formula 1 heads to Europe, beginning with the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix at the historic Imola circuit. This race kicks off a double-header, leading directly into the Monaco Grand Prix.
Unlike the early season races, logistics within Europe shift from air to road transport. The route from Imola to Monaco covers approximately 500 kilometers. The Monaco race poses unique challenges due to its constrained space, necessitating that trucks be stationed in both Italy and France during the event.
After this European stint, Formula 1 briefly returns to North America for the Canadian Grand Prix, then resumes in Europe for five more races—including prestigious events at Silverstone and Spa—before the summer break.
