- 🗣️ 🏁 Offering invaluable insight into the role and pathways into the sport
Judging criteria:
Each submission will be judged on:
- Creativity of CV and video
- Passion displayed for Formula 1
- Conviction in role you’d like to pursue
FAQ’s - FOR ENTRANTS AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS
This competition is open to all participants attending the Aramco STEM Racing World Finals 2026.
Entries must be submitted in English and received by 23:59 GMT on Wednesday 30th September 2026.
The five winners will each receive:
- A dedicated, 1-to-1 mentoring session with their chosen F1-related expert
- Lasting 30 minutes
- Taking place during Singapore Grand Prix week
- Offering invaluable insight into careers, roles, and pathways into Formula 1
The prize covers access to the experience, plus transportation for finalists and one adult chaperone per winner (TBC depending on team members’ ages), fully covered by DHL.
Yes, all entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Yes, the day will be filmed and photographed for use on DHL’s internal and external channels. Participants may be asked to speak to the camera and contribute to content filmed throughout the day. The winning video will feature across STEM Racing and DHL social and media channels.
For all participants under 18, permission is required. A parent or legal guardian will have to sign a media release form for these participants ahead of the experience.
